The Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in Ha Noi presents its compliments to the International Council of the United Nations Day of Vesak 2014 and has the honour to refer to the latter’s Note No. NVBS/IOC2014/218 dated 2 April 2014 inviting His Excellency Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam in Vietnam to the 11th United Nations Day of Vesak Celebrations and Conference in Vietnam 2014.
In this conjunction, the Embassy regrets to inform that His Excellency Mr. Pengiran Sahari Pengiran Salleh is unable to attend the event due to his prior engagement.
The Embassy of Brunei Darussalam avalls itself of this opportunity to renew to the International Council of the United Nalions Day of Vesak 2014 the assurances of its highest consideiation.
