It is with great honor that I express my sincere and most profound congratulations for the 11th Anniversary of the thrice-sacred day of Vesak 2014 celebrating the Birth, Enlightenment and Passing Away of Lord Gautama Buddha. I wish you a succesful International Buddhist Conference that will be hosted by the National Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (NVBS) in Ninh Binh Province from 7 to 11 May 2014.
